So what am I looking for – The perfect condo at an amazing price! I think I need to decide when to come out this summer and check out the different areas as I have been very sheltered on what I do when I am in Steamboat meaning I go to the Ranch, Downtown and then hike all over Colorado. The Ranch has great views and is very relaxing just sitting on the deck reading a book and watching the world float by.

The Ranch
There are a couple of Ranch units available in your designated price range, which you might want to consider since you are familiar with the development and have enjoyed your time there.
You mentioned spending time downtown and there is one corner unit I like on Yampa Street. There is also a Willet Heights unit you might like which is above downtown and has great views.
There is also a Sunray Meadows unit I particularly like. It is near the ski area, has nice views, is very nice inside, a one-car garage, and low HOAs. The owner is also offering to sell it furnished and turnkey for an additional $26,000.

But all in all, the Ranch is pretty unique with its feeling of spaciousness and quiet.
